Emanuele Mazzella Michelin-starred chef from Vespasia restaurant in Norcia, Italy will be joining us at Casa Mia on 27th, 28th & 29th January 2016. 

Emanuele, one of the top emerging chefs in Italy, will be cooking a special lunch on Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th. 

On Friday 29th he will be crafting an exquisite 5 course dinner.

Proceeds from these exclusive dining events will be put towards the charity which is being established in Felicia’s name to prevent childhood cancer.

When asked if he dedicated his Michelin star, Emanuele Mazzella had this to say:

“I don’t have to think about this for a second, I dedicate this star to my niece Felicia Maria Grazia who has sadly left this world after so much suffering only a few days before I received this honour. The real star was Felicia, who was full of life and loved life. This star is all hers!!” 
“Senza pensarci un attimo, dedico la stella a mia nipote Felicia Maria Grazia che purtroppo ci ha lasciati. E ha lasciato questo mondo dopo tanta sofferenza, proprio pochi giorni prima di questa gratificazione. La vera stella era lei, piena di vita e di voglia di vivere. Ecco, questa stella é tutta sua!”
